HR is not qualified, professional and matured enough to handle the recruitment process. More waiting time between each rounds of interview and need to follow up for feedbacks and next steps, even for senior positions. Not even having basic courtesy of communicating to the candidates which is the primary requirement skill for a HR

Interview
Got an interview together with recruiting manager and two junior engineers. Process was very unstructured and just talking about their work tasks nothing how I could contribute with my experience. Recruiting manager gave a very unprofessional and incompetent impression. The inviting of two juniors from their department to join gave as well a bad impression since revealing candidates to other employees in an early stage is not respectful to the applicants and might spread rumors affecting those who dont get the jobs negatively at their current jobs.
