NLC interview questions

Application submission, screening of valid applicants, Face to face interview, Result of selected candidates. The advertisement came in Dec 2015 in all the leading news paper. The vacancy for general category is 10, for which more than 400 candidates were called for interview

The HR team (Brittany and Megan) contacted me via telephone. They asked me simple questions; for example, if I was okay with the commute, the job requirement, etc. Then they scheduled me in for an in person interview that week. I didn't expect the head person who runs the SF branch to interview me. Within a couple of hours, I was contacted to come in for a second interview (which consisted of hanging out with one of the Lead Account Managers).
