One month after I applied online, a Human Resources representative contacted me to set up an MS Lync video interview. During the interview, the HR rep was pleasant and proceeded to ask me about past work experience and tasks performed. She also discussed the compensation, benefits, casual dress code (i.e. she was wearing jeans during our interview), and the laid back work environment at Nodus Technologies. I was rejected for the position based on my past salary history being significantly greater than what the position offered, and Nodus feared I would leave the company within 1 year for a higher paying job.
