Everything went well. The two managers interviewed good and made me feel comfortable. I was only interviewed once and started my job shortly after. They explained the job duties well and provided a shop tour. My goal for this company was to get my foot in the door and grow in the company. After two years I was granted a mangers position over the BHE department. It has been a great experience and plan to keep growing at NOV.
