Interview
It was a group activity where we were given some information and asked to discuss it among us coming up with suggestions and so on. They observed how well we worked as a team.
The interview process was strictly structured by the following: 15 minutes of reading time to prepare for the following: 7-minute oral presentation, 15-minute interview regarding legal hypotheticals and 20 minutes dedicated to a written task.
The initial interview is a screening process which asks you for your university, degree, whether you'll graduate this year, and 5 scenario questions at the end which they'll use to differentiate yourself from others. I did not pass this stage.
