Interview
3 phase interview. Introductory phone call with HR to assess suitability, followed by 2 online panel interviews conducted via Teams. Feedback was sent across within one week, with flexibility on requested start date.

A lot of the questions were about stakeholder management, conflict resolution, negotiation and working and engaging respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
