Typical process which starts with HR round and technical. If passed in technical then next round with HR will be planned. Then if u r OK with the offer... Bingo... u r hired...

A current employee (at the time) referred me to the hiring manager. Email and phone calls with the manager. On-site interview and tour. Offer extended shortly after. Overall was a very pleasant and speedy process. Would recommend the company to friends.
