Interview
First interview through Skype.Then 5 more interviews, 4 in the premises and 1 through skype. Everyone was very friendly on site and i have to admit that the accounting questions were easy.
However after all the interviews took place they asked me for job references. Since it was a very junior position, i had to inform my current (and only) employer about the whole thing. NXP was aware of the situation yet the funniest part was that i got rejected before they even contacted my current employer. I believe this has been the most unprofessional experience i ever had. I got exposed to my current job without any reason. Please have that in mind when applying to NXP.

Just a competency based question. However it wasn’t very professional. Not much offered as the role was fixed term contract while pay wasn’t great the add was new so basically you were expected to pick everything up ur self while reward were not there
