Interview
Applied for this job on LinkedIn which was for FSA Promotions. Got a call the next day for an interview. Was weirded out that the address and building was not for FSA promotions. While waiting to go in the HR manager had to have called at least 10 people to confirm their interviews. Talked to the owner of the company for about 10 minutes and the job was nothing like they advertised for. He said there would be a second interview followed by training and working 10am-8pm at events. Looked up the actual company and realized why they were trying to hide who they were. Don't waste your time.

FIRST, their job posting said they are located in Parsippany, NJ. Not true, located about 15/20 minutes from there. SECOND, this interview process was extremely unprofessional. It seems like this place interviews CONSTANTLY due to the high turnover rate. I showed up 10 minutes early to my interview and had to wait OVER AN HOUR before I was called in for my 10 minutes of speaking to the "CEO". He proceeds to tell me his employees work over 12 hour days including a half a day on Saturday. If you like to make money, this is for you, but other than that. It is not worth your time.

Scam and a half. Remember that annoying friend on Facebook who would message you out of the blue pretending to be your friend and then quickly begins peddling Herbalife? That's this company under the veil of "startup" "marketing" and "sales." They sell you this vision about quick advancement and within 6 months opening your own branch. It's a (somehow legal) pyramid scheme and they want you to be their foot soldiers complicit in it. Further, even if you did happen to reach whatever apex they're selling, then you'd have to sleep with yourself every night knowing you were advancing by scamming people. It's a lose-lose either way.
