The interview was a one on one interview with the regional manager. There were a high number of interviewees on the day waiting, which added to the waiting time. The interview itself was very interesting, with the manager giving a in depth description of the work being done & what would be expected of you in the role. Manager had a great way of relaxing the atmosphere. Overall process besides the wait time was great.
