Interview
The interview process was good. The interview questions were thoughtful and I felt I was able to get a good sense of the goals of the project and to share my experiences. However, the job description was vague and the job is way more intense than originally specified.

Question 1
There was not a question that was particularly difficult. I was asked about my career goals and where I saw myself in 5 years and it took me by surprise. I had not prepared myself to talk about it in detail since I was more prepared to talk about the job specifically. It was a good question.

Interview
The Interview process had three stages. The first stage asked questions about your resume and yourself. The second stage was with the PI where it was a conversation about the position and how you would fit the role. The third stage was reference checks, followed by an offer letter.
