It was very clear and the staff were incredibly responsive. I had to submit a writing sample and meet with two staff members - all of whom were incredibly professional and helpful during the process. I thoroughly enjoyed myself during the process, which was very surprising.

I had a 20 minute screen call with HR, then a 45 minute zoom with the team I would be working on (2 people), followed by a 6-hour on-campus interview where I met with 4 people in other departments who collaborate with this team. I had to give a presentation (unpaid labor). Importantly - I did not receive a call back after my final round. After reaching out to the hiring manager, I was told that the hiring team cannot reach out to applicants who did not receive an offer until the selected individual starts.
