Interview
Online application consisted of 2 videos, 1 report, and a cover letter. The assessment day consisted of 3 components: a formal interview, presentation, and group activity. In between the assessments you have networking opportunities with the Senior Leadership Team, an office tour, and a chance to get to know the other candidates.
