Started with online test and then followed by technical rounds and then HR,
Request to hiring/recruiting team, please throw some suitable questions to lateral hires and not the GA questions like speed time distance, length of train, next shape, same/different etc...
You're hiring a lateral position where candidates are usually 7-8-10 years of experienced in industry. Ask them architecture questions, deep technical problems, algorithms, Data Structures and not some academic intelligence n scholarship questions.

Interview
The Interview was 2 technical round and a manager round
the initial round was pretty straight forward with just basics of java asked 2 coding questions as well second round was mainly focused of more advanced topics and java 8 features also had questions from design patterns as well
Basic questions about team management and team conflict.
What problems did you face in doing projects technologically wise and managing wisely too?
He gave me instants which can arise during working in a team and asked what will you do in them.
