I came in for half an hour in April to interview for a summer internship. It was a rather casual process, where I got a tour of the facilities and discussed my past experience and what goals I had for working at NanoAl with the CEO/CTO of the company.

Interview
The interview was brief, yet thorough. I had the opportunity to discuss my background in a very relaxed environment and my employer also had the opportunity to ask legitimate and probing questions to ensure the best fit for all parties.
