Asked chemistry questions, skillset, and soft skills on conflict resolution. Did phone screening first, then 1 hr interview with three team members. The interview worked as a panel style with each member taking terms asking questions.

2-3 interviews, first with HR for phone interview, then in-person and skill test on site with technical manager and team, it'll take around half day. Questions will be your experiences and technical knowledge, also the team will ask your hobbies, how you know about company.

What do you expect yourself in short term like 5 years?
The first interview is an initial Skype interview. You are expected give a brief talk about your previous work as well as read a paper and extensive guidebook. Be prepared for a lot of technical Q&A on the subject matter, as that is the majority of the interview.
