Started as a contractor send over by a staffing Agency (Coast personnel ). I was first interviewed by phone and than Interviewed face to face at this company. Questions were straight to the point.- What did you do before? Your reason for quitting? etc. etc. I lasted a little over a half hour with HR and then half hour with the hiring supervisor. The 10 minutes company tour was kind of short..some areas were off limits. Then after a week I was hired.
