They started off with an Exploratory call with AVP. Further they shared an assessment to solve. Post which was another video interview. After attending these 3, I was called for an interview person interview which went on for good 1hr. Post that I was made to meet the team I was interviewed for to have a candid conversation. This looked like a positive sign. The next day I get a mail saying we're moving ahead with other candidates.
What I liked :
The process. It was informative. I liked how the AVP interacted Harshita Nair. She was patient and extremely warm.
What I didn't like :
The abrupt way of ending the communication. The mail I received was system generated. It had no mention of what went wrong. I would have appreciated atleast a call from the HR, who was coordinating at every level to an extent that I updated her after reaching the reception of the office,stating things that didn't go well.
