I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Natilik (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of meetings with hr, hiring manager, senior leadership followed by a panel interview where you have to present a task and engage in a question and answer session.
I applied online. I interviewed at Natilik in Jun 2026
Interview
A shambolic and disrespectful recruitment process from start to finish.
The first interview started 25 minutes late and was then cut off halfway through due to “technical issues.” I only received a call back 25 minutes later. The second interview was booked, I received the meeting link, and nobody joined because the interviewer apparently had not even been told it had been scheduled. I had to email to ask what was happening.
The process then dragged on for two months, with weeks of silence between stages. Two weeks after my third-stage interview, while I was still waiting for feedback, I saw that they had started promoting the same role on LinkedIn as a sponsored advert.
That made the whole process feel even more disrespectful. If they were unsure about my profile, they should have said so much earlier instead of keeping me waiting while actively trying to attract more candidates.
This was not simply an HR issue. It reflected poor organisation and decision-making across the hiring process, including the hiring manager and interview panel.
The rejection was not the problem. Wasting two months of a candidate’s time was.
For a company that promotes itself as a great place to work, this experience suggested the exact opposite.
