It started with phone tag with one of the partners of the company. Finally, we got in touch, and an onsite interview was set up. However, the time we had set up ended up not being convenient for one of the partners, so we rescheduled. When I finally came in for the interview, I spent most of my time sitting and waiting for the firm's partners to examine my resume and transcript. It wasn't much of an interview because of that. They were completely unprepared! To top it off, they told me they would email me within a couple of days with a decision, but two weeks after the interview I still hadn't heard anything. I had to email them in order to find out I wasn't offered the position. The whole process was completely unprofessional.
