My experience was very short lived with National Credit Care. Initial call with Mandell was awesome. High energy, super friendly and all around nice dude. Invited me in for an in person interview. In person interview lasted just under an hour and it was with Mandell and his associate Bryan. Bryan came across as arrogant and definitely has a “big fish in a small pond” mentality. He was super transparent though and didn’t seem to want to waste either of our time which I appreciated. All the positions here list a salary range which ultimately are what someone “can make” as all their jobs are totally performance based (as sales should be) so don’t expect a base salary to match what they advertise. Everything on their entry level is paid hourly so do not be fooled by what is really to be considered “all in” pay. I think if someone is young in their career, super competitive and a hustler this is a great fit. Highly seasoned professionals will be turned off.
