I did a group interview with on Zoom with the two directors of Admissions. I went to the Studio City campus and interviewed with a Senior Admissions Rep from a different campus, the campus manager, and then two other admission reps from the Studio City campus. I received an offer about a week later.

I was contacted via phone to schedule a phone screen for the Admissions Representative role. From there, I completed a phone screen with another representative. After the phone screen, I was scheduled for an interview with the Director of Admissions at the Emeryville campus.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews with two admissions managers. They were very polite and asked pretty standard interview questions. It was easygoing but the questions and conversation were informative. They gave a tour of the place so it was a nice way to see the work environment.

Examples of teamwork, strengths, conflict, etc. They are also looking for an outgoing and empathetic personality since working with students is the biggest part of the job.
