Easy interview process. They ask about your background to make sure that you are fit for the position. If you have previous airline experience it will make it a lot easier for you.
A typical phone call and then face to face interview. They talk about being a family run company, adhering to family values, and how there will be a 2 year, prorated training contract. Most of this is a lie
