Submitted application. Response email with links to a new virtual video questionnaire. Im not a fan of this interview format. Would prefer phone calls and in person interviews. Job posting was vague and all over the place technically.

Video questions asking generic interview questions. What was a difficult problem you faced and how did you overcome it. What is your strongest trait. Etc

Process took over a year. After applying received hirevue a few months later. Then didn't here back for around 5 months where I was given CJO. Almost 8 months later I received an email that the role is no longer open.

Interview
It was a 1 on 1 interview first with a hiring manager then with a 4 person panel. The questions were typical and were not difficult, everyone was very friendly.
