National Storage Affiliates interview questions

Quickly got a first interview after initial screening. Second interview took 3 weeks and multiple follow ups. After 4 weeks and being led to believe I was a good fit and getting a third interview they changed the job requirements and removed me from the running. Interviewing with this company is a waste of time, I can't imagine working with them would be any better

First 2 interviews went very well, friendly and good conversation. Then, when I got to an interview with my would-be "peers", the conversation was very accusatory and created an environment of defensiveness. I was told I would be informed of next steps, regardless of the decision. Multiple months went by, and no communication was received. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism at this level in my career.
