Simple interview with basic questions. I recommend having back ground in customer service for this position. Overall easy interview. Do some research on the college as well and you will be fine
know make the job will entails, do research about the school itself, and most importantly be yourself. It's better to be yourself in the interview than, be scripted and fake. Besides, the people that interview you are the ones that's going to be your coworkers.

First step was a brief phone interview. Mostly reviewed my resume and discussed the position. Second step was a one on one, 45-minute in-person interview with two people. They worked through a list of questions while they took notes and gave me time to ask questions at the end. It felt conversational throughout.
