It was a panel discussion with 5 VP's conducting the interview. First round had written assessment. Questions about domain, behaviour, flexibility, shift preference, pressure, experience, exposure, communication etc.. please be patient and be aware of change management.
The phone interview was very short and I never was contacted to let me know the status of my interview. It took an extremely long period of time for the organization to schedule an interview. Once I was contacted, the hiring manager was late to the interview and the questions she asked did not pertain the position I had applied. Overall, the interview was short and unprofessional considering I was not aware of the outcome of the interview until I contacted the Human Resource Department.
