Interview
There is no formal interview, it is very informal because they only conduct the interview to check your sound and video. Good thing is that you don't have to schedule it, you just go to their site and put your mode on standby and the interviewer will join you in a few minutes, depending on the time of the day.

It was easy and straightforward. You have to be a native English speaker to pass the interview, or maybe you must have been speaking English for a while. But if you are not, it will be quite tricky.

The initial interview was okay, it only took 3 minutes and I passed. The demo lesson was what's annoying because 1 mistake and the staff failed me even if it was a small mistake so I have to wait again and retake the demo lesson
