I applied and then got a feedback only nearly two months later. HR manager asked me to come on site for an interview with her and with managers recruiting. Before coming on site, I was asked to do a personality test. I got the feedback during my on site interview. The results of that test didn’t reflect how I am. The HR could not understand that the test can be a bit off. Then I met managers recruiting, the interview was interesting. I was disappointed by this recruitment process, because they asked me to come straight for interview when I was living far away to the plant. After my interviews, I received feedback with an unpersonalized email. I expected to have at least a phone call.
