Telephone screening with HR which was initial screening call (zoom) , followed by Interview with recruiting manager (telephone) which was assessing suitability for the role, followed by interview with another member of the team (zoom) which assessed experience
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I first had a very pleasant call with an internal recruiter, which was helpful for me to get to know the company and the recruiter to have an opinion on whether I would be a good fit for the company and the role. Following this I had a 30 minute call with the company´s general counsel, which was friendly but also, and naturally, asked a lot about my previous experience. Overall I enjoyed the process, even though not getting the job.
