1. HR screening phone call. Very positive. 2. Recruitment consultant video call. Very positive. 3. Video interview with hiring manager and lead technical writer. Went well. 4. Completed writing test, including giving feedback on current Navico documentation. It's not great, so I had some polite suggestions for improvement... 5. Did the usual follow-up thing and got a positive response. They'll get back to me shortly... 6. ... 7. Some time later, pinged hiring manager and HR, asking for update. 8. ... Ghosted.
