Interview
Assessment test, followed by a 20-minute phone call and another assessment. The interviewer, couldn't be bothered to return my emails or follow up after I apparently didn't do well on their assessment test, not everybody does well during timed tests. From the reviews, this company already has from former employees, it's not surprising that their Human Resources staff treat external candidates so poorly, and they don't have the decency to let candidates know that they are moving on with other candidates.

General cognitive assessment followed by a schedule phone call. Didn't get called and when I emailed back to see what had happened they emailed me an hour later saying the position was closed. Basically don't set up a call with a prospective employee if you're not going to call them and leave them waiting for over an hour before letting them know that the position is closed. Busch league hiring process.
