Nice environment, good mentors, and lessons. However, it may be challenging for fresh since the TMs expectation is pretty high. Nice training program. Salary is not much attractive, so so.
A good company to work with and good training courses. Lovely co-workers and also beautiful office. I can learn a lots from our ex manager, he is always my teacher. Except from low offered salary

Interview
There 5 rounds:
-CV screening
-Interview HR Business Partner over phone and in person: general information about you and your previous experiences and some situations question
-Interview with Team Leader: I am not in this one as my team leader is busy at that time so she cannot join the interview
-Interview with Regional Director: confirm your motivation and some English question to test your level.
-Personalities and IQ Test: I am told that it does not affect the interview results.
