The process involved 3 stages, firstly a discussion of previous experience. Secondly a take-home assessment and presentation of the assessment and finally a discussion with the CEO.
The process was quick and all interviewers were kind and insightful. They are not aiming to catch you out, just understand you better as a person and potential colleague. It was a great experience.
