(The second time I worked for NFCU) Since I was out of the Country, on my way back to Pensacola, the interview was over skype, 3 supervisors/managers from different departments within the contact center interviewed me, the questions were simple and direct, it was very comfortable talking to them, the first time I worked for them was about the same but in person, back in 2012.

Straightforward and very simple interview and requires minimal preparation. Be prepared to discuss your history and try to tie in your past experience with what you want your current role to be.

It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
