I applied through campus placement, and the entire recruitment process was completed in a single day. Selection Process: The process consisted of a written test followed by a technical and HR interview. Written Test: The written examination included two sections: Technical paper focused mainly on core chemical engineering subjects such as Heat Transfer (especially heat exchangers) and Fluid Mechanics (pumps, valves, and flow concepts). Aptitude section covering quantitative and logical reasoning questions.

It was online, very easy, asked normal questions about engineering, and my career throughout. Not too much technical. It was actually telephonic interview. So it felt shady, till the time of joining but it wasn't shady.
