Thorough, interviewer asked a lot of questions. Pre screening on the phone was appropriate before moving to next level of in person interview. Facility was well laid out, no issues finding people and being directed to go where I was supposed to.

Well organized. Met with HR, and Sales Manager. The position was part receptionist, past sales assistant. The duties were to track inbound leads ,and create reports. The company makes speciality needles for the Medical Device industry. Also, the job entailed using a CRM system.

Submitted application online. Received phone call after 3 days, going over basic details of the position, my qualifications and interests, and what I was looking for. Went in for on-site interview where more details of the types of products are manufactured, how the company functions, and where the company was headed. Received an offer one week later.
