Had a lengthy Zoom presentation to give them two months ago - the ask was to present how you'd increase organic traffic to one of their client's sites. Beware if they give you this same type of ask. They'll say they're slammed and need someone to start immediately. Hard to tell, considering they still have the same position open and did the ghosting thing. Was told I'd hear back "mid to end of this week" (that was 2 months ago). Genuinely unprofessional to not provide feedback after someone's spent a few hours on their ask. Also, a good indicator of what working there would have been like. Likely using free advice obtained via their client-specific project. Do better. People are busy.
