The first stage with the HR partner was straightforward and friendly. The HR partner appeared to be very enthusiastic about my experience. I then heard nothing back for about two weeks and hence decided to follow up. The HR partner set up an interview for me to meet the senior manager I would have been reporting to, but the senior manager simply did not turn up to the interview. I waited on the call for 25 minutes and then sent an email to the HR partner asking if the interview was still on/if they were still interested in interviewing me for this position but unfortunately heard absolutely nothing back. Unbelievably rude.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nelsons
Interview
Pretty straightforward and welcoming interview. Boilerplate questions and did not take long at all. Clear ambition to develop the team and individuals as shown by the interviewer.
I was made to feel welcome and received feedback fairly quickly after the face or face interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nelsons (London, England)
Interview
interview with key stakeholders, going through my background and previous work experiences. asked about examples of past initiatives I led and probed how I would fit into the Nelsons organisation. I was asked how I knew the products and if I had seen their advertising and if I ever used them. Very pleasant interview process, they were keen to both find out about me and let me understand the company culture.
