Went through an Aptitude Assessment, Coding Assessment, and then got invited for 2 interviews. The interviewer did not show up for the first one, the second one was a BQ focused round. After that, got told that they decided to move the role to Spain, so would not continue with UK applications.

Interview
After an online aptitude test and a one hour online maths test (probability and stats-heavy) I had an online interview, which I was told was a technical interview but was clearly more a vibes-based interview.
The interviewer was bored and disengaged, and was also late. Asked me to tell me about myself, then about my research (I am a former academic), and then why I want to work at a hedge fund given I don't have a background in finance. Then, I was given a simple stocks scenario and asked a couple of simple questions, which I thought I did well on but it turns out I didn't! That was it – I was then asked if I had any questions.
I was then informed a few days later that they wouldn't be progressing with me.

Interview
Identical to the Rokos Capital Interview process. Lots of questions about basic logic and mathematics. Nothing too difficult. However they are not very flexible with interview times etc. Difficult to make the timings work since they space out so many interviews during work hours.
