This is a small company at the time I joined and an formal office did not really exsist as all work was carried out the contract location. The interview was hosted at a local country club that rents meeting rooms for this type of need (a good old conference room). Interview was between myself and owner and about an hour long, it is more conversation based instead of Q&A.
