Recruiter stuurde mij op LinkedIn een vacature voor back-end development terwijl ik front-end developer ben. Omdat het toch een origineel berichtje was reageerde ik en antwoordde dat ik daarin niet geinteresseerd was wel evenetueel in Project Management. Ze vroeg me mijn CV naar haar en een collega te mailen. Gedaan. Ik hoorde niets. Een herinnering gestuurd. Toen kreeg ik als antwoord "ik heb je CV doorgestuurd naar mijn collega". Diezelfde collega die ik ook al had gemaild. Nooit meer wat van gehoord.
Echt heel slecht om zo met kandidaten om te gaan. En nog slechter om zo met prive-informatie van mensen om te gaan. Wat een aanfluiting.
