Two Interviews. First one is really to feel you out. Personal and social questions to see if you have the personality to do the job. If you know someone who works there you may not need a second interview but you won't be hired on the spot either way. Second interview usually means that you're being considered along with someone else. You'll get a call back either way so be patient. If you've ever managed a group of people before then this is more conversation than interview. don't panic, be yourself, just be professional and you'll do fine.
