I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Netskope (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Visited the stall at University Career Fair. Talked to an engineer, was a good technical discussion. He went through my resume and offered me an on-campus interview the same day. The interviewers were very friendly. The interview was not technical though, just some analytical puzzles to test basic logic. Was told after the interview that my application will be forwarded to the software engineering team and they will reach out to me in few days to let me know if there is any opening that matches my profile.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope in May 2025
Interview
First round with a recruiter, pretty basic. Second round with a Hiring Manager, where I needed to solve a threading issue and didn't do well.
Both were super nice and made sure to conduct the interviews really well.
I didn't do well on the technical interview, but what really messes up the whole process is that I still didn't receive an answer from them, Usually when a company doesn't give a feedback, that's not really nice, but not even bothering to send an email or a message saying someone was rejected is a new low. I found it disrespectful and would not apply again.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope (Manila, Manila)
Interview
1 interview with HR. 3 technical interviews. 2 manager interviews.
Complete waste of time. I was only informed during the job offer stage that neither my current or expected salary can't be met by Netskope. Netskope Philippines should also reevaluate their salary ranges; they are surprisingly low. If the company wants good and experienced talent, then the salary should at least be competitive.
