It was like a conversation where they asked me about my resume and which of the company’s core values I feel most describe me. I met with the HR person over the phone the first interview, and then two different team members in the second interview.

Great interview process. Asks to describe yourself, what you see your self doing, how you will fit in. Then asks highest quality and weakest quality. Then leaves room for questions.
