The HR person called me for a quick phone screen, then I was moved on to a second round which consisted of behavioral questions. They were focused on finding out who I was an an employee which was great.

Virtual panel/discussion. Very comfortable process and very informative. They asked some good questions and left plenty of time for questions to be asked and to educate on the role/company/culture. After the phone screening, if you make it past HR you will meet with the BDR leadership panel virtually.

Very straight forward. Comfortable interview and great conversation. I got a great understanding of the company and culture following my interview. First meeting was a phone screen, then a video conference.
