Initial phone screen with the recruiter and then brought into the office for a face to face interview. Met with 4 people, 2 from HR and 2 of the customer service managers. I was there for about 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and the time flew by quickly. It was very conversational. Was called later that week to complete references and was offered shortly later.
