I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Network Technologies Inc (Aurora, OH) in Sept 2018
Interview
Waste of Time and Energy. Got a phone interview. 5 minutes HR round and 45 minutes technical round. Was asked all sorts of related questions including an algorithm. Immediately called up for an in-person interview. The onsite interview started with a tour. The workplace was filled up with outdated hardware and grumpy workers who didn't even care who was passing by their cabinets. Then I was sat down in a room and given three sets of questions to be completed in an hour. Almost everything was theoretical questions and syntax. According to them, someone who knew all syntax in C would have excelled the job. I was bored during the exam and didn't perform well. The very polite HR told me that they were done and would give me a decision in 3 days, which was obviously a rejection. Three hours of drive and they didn't even interview me. At least, the mileage reimbursement was ample. Happy that I was rejected as I later got hired in a better company.

Question 1
Written exam. Around 40 questions all related to "C" and had nothing to do with logic but all syntax.
