The interview was easy -- just find an article about Program Management and talk about it. You'll be fine. (HR has no clue, so the screening is easy.) They really do not know much about REAL Program Management. Their processes are out-dated, antiquated, so anything you propose, here, to modernize will garner points. Drop buzz words, such as Burn Down Chart, Mission Critical, Due Diligence and similar, as well as Agile terms like ADM, Sprint and Gantt Chart, and they will be impressed. It's a very inclusive environment, so avoid any recent mainstream political-type issues in your speech, dress and so forth and talk about synergy, inclusion, emotional tax, intersectionality, workplace inclusion.
