Despite the very long waiting times the chats with non-techinical are fine.

The last round is messy and the interviewers seemed to be unprepared for: laptop on the lap, poor camera resolution, lots of silence between answers. One of the interviewers was very obnoxious in trying to make questions on which answers are open ended.
The interviewers seemed to not have seen the tech test prior to the chat.
